A virtual dressing room is a way to explore clothing before a physical fitting. The useful comparison is between options shown on a consistent person photo, with realistic expectations about sizing and fabric.
Create a consistent base
Choose one well-lit photo with a neutral pose. Keep the same framing when comparing different garments. Changes in camera angle and lighting can distract from the clothing decision.
For full-length outfits, make sure the head and feet are within the image and the arms do not cover the torso. For tops, a torso image may be enough.
Organize by the decision
Compare items that solve the same need: two everyday shirts, alternative dress colors or trousers for the same occasion. A controlled comparison is easier to interpret than a collection of unrelated outfits.
